Before we charge any customer for or services, we first and foremost do an assessment of the patient and the situation in the patient’s home. The assessment gives us a deeper understanding of the patient’s problems, duration or hours the service is being requested for and also the family support system. After this is done, then we advise on the other medical experts the patient will need and medical supplies that the patient will need to help in complete recovery.
